Portable hardness tester for testing the hardness of tooth flanks

All devices consist of test unit N1E 000 (complete with dial gauge, dialgauge cover and spring sleeve) with load lever, the measurement head with built-in spring joint, including hardness testing diamond and the clamping device. The standard design consists of a load level 62.5, HRC hardness value indicator, tool kit, hardness comparison table, device case and instruction manual.

Applications

Spur toothed flank testing

• Tooth flank hardnesstester for spur toothed wheels
  
• Application range between modul 2 - 35

• Not suitable for helical gear wheels (only possible with appropriate tooth width)
  

Operation:
The testing machine is positioned on the work piece and clamped to the requested test point. The test load is applied via hand lever. Subsequentlythe reading is taken from the dial gauge.
